Stories of Our Life: Hong Kong History Series
Introduction
The “Stories of Our Life: Hong Kong History Series” is designed to arouse students’ interests in discovering stories of their family and the community, to strengthen their understanding to the Hong Kong history, and to facilitate their search of own identity, sense of belonging, and national / local recognition. Through the field studies, researches and experiential learning activities, students will be able to develop the “hard skills” in carrying out researches in history, and the “soft skills” in interpreting stories in a more sentimental way. We hope students can make good use of the stories collected and the technological software, to build a fundamental “human library”-like database.
